HINT #2: Nikoli has more than one. Use the first to find the second.
HINT #3: PhysicsPhans will help you find the final clue, yahoo!
SOLUTION:
1) You need to know the previous week ended with coordinates of Papua New Guinea
2) Google that with Rob (the name on the clue)
3) A guest book entry on Rob's page points you back to physicsphans (so revisit the glashow photo page)
4) Find hidden video, lets you know you are looking for a profile (tells you most of url under video)
5) To find Nikoli's yahoo profile, you have to revisit his flickr profile, where you see something has been added, a yahoo account name
6) Use that to find his yahoo profile, which prompts you with a short riddle, the answer to which is:
FINAL ANSWER: QUEEN
