SOLUTION:
1) New flickr page, reverse the 1,'s and 0's in text to decode binary text. Gives you a name.
2) Google name to find wiki page, follow link at bottom to photo page.
3) Overlay new flickr image onto clue image to isolate letters EX IF... EXIF data is what you need
4) Photo page from step 2 contains a familiar photo (look at the eye), examine exif data to find coordinates
FINAL ANSWER: -6.489983,143.964844
BONUS: exif data for image 4 (4 and 8 are images) for the 4 digit code: 1976
