Colleen is part of the group known as The Others. She is married to Danny. There also appeared to be some friction between Juliet and Colleen at one time.
In 3x2, Colleen relays information from Brian to Ben concerning Sayid, Jin and Sun finding the decoy village. Ryan is apparently tracking Sayid, Sun and Jin, and is surprised to learn that they have a sailboat. Colleen is concerned that the sailboat could be used to find the Others' village, and is ordered to put a team together to confiscate the sailboat.
Colleen, along with Tom and four others go off on the expedition. However, Colleen is surprised by Sun, who is armed and hiding in the boat. Colleen is held at gunpoint, and tries to talk Sun into lowering her weapon. She says that she knows Sun, and knows she is not a killer. She also says that the Others are not bad guys, but they will become as such if Sun shoots her. When Colleen continues to move forward, Sun shoots her in the abdomen. Sun flees, and the Others are able to hijack the boat and bring Colleen back to the Hydra, severely wounded. There, Juliet and Jack attempt to save her life, but are unsuccessful, and Colleen dies on the operating room table.
