Episode 6x15 / Re: Questions That I Doubt Will be Answered
« on: May 19, 2010, 08:28:37 PM »
How did Walt appear to Shannon and Sayid on the island in Season 2 after he had been kidnapped? He wasnt dead so it couldnt have been the whispers of MIB.

Episode 6x05 / Re: So Dogan was keeping Smokey out?
« on: March 03, 2010, 08:01:07 PM »
If the Ash was what was keeping him out, why did he not just get Claire to kick it and create a break in it when they were beside it!?!

Episode 6x04 / Jin's knowledge of Aaron
« on: February 24, 2010, 04:10:14 PM »
At first I thought Jin wasnt aware that Kate had raised Aaron for the past 3 years, simply because he didnt tell Claire while she was asking the Other.

He only tells her when she is about to kill him. I thought this was strange. Why not tell her sooner?? Why is something to hide? And then why take it back and lie??

I'm still not sure how Jin knows about Kate and Aaron anyway? He was on the island for the past 3 years. I presume Kate didnt "fill him in" during the Dharma times. It didnt appear to be something she wanted to discuss.

Episode 6x01 / Re: Island Under Water?
« on: February 07, 2010, 01:49:02 PM »
there are 2 timelines

in one, the bomb went off, the island sinks and the plane lands

in the other the bomb didn't go off, a time flash happened that sent Jack, Kate and the rest to 2007 to be with the everyone else in their "normal" time line

If the bomb didn't go off then how did a time flash go off that sends Jack, Kate etc to 2007? Too much of a coincidence to think this just randomly happened.

Episode 5x16 / Jacob's and Esau's accents?
« on: May 16, 2009, 01:37:18 PM »
Why do they have fairly modern American accents?

I would expect them to have more neutral "people who live on an island 200 years ago" accents?

Any thoughts?

Episode 5x16 / Re: Richard telling Locke he had to die
« on: May 16, 2009, 01:21:07 PM »
Yes! And I have to admit that this makes me happy because I was really having trouble with the pardox last week.  This totally explains it!  YAY!

But is not still a Paradox?? Esau is passing himself off as Locke as a direct result of Locke being dead. But he is doing this before he gets Richard to tell Locke he must die.

Episode 3x21 / Re: Where Did Sayid Get The Blueprints?
« on: May 17, 2007, 05:55:25 PM »
That binder is just a back-up for the writers if they ever need to add something into the show! They'll just do it through Sayid and we'll all say 'Oh well he obviously got it from the binder'.

The magic binder.  ;D ;D

Episode 3x15 / Re: Why Would Ben Lock Juliet to Kate?
« on: April 06, 2007, 11:47:15 AM »
So if Kate and Julliet were both gased and knocked out, how did Julliet manage to handcuff herself to Kate and drag Kate out to the jungle??

The only explanation I can think of is that somehow Julliet woke up first, carried Kate out to the jungle, handcuffed herself to Kate and then pretended to be out cold? Why would she do that? Doesnt make sense.

Or else she is still workin with Ben and some of the Others helped carry ouy Kate out and Julliet is just pretending all along??

Episode 3x13 / Re: who do u think dies next episode???
« on: March 22, 2007, 07:05:55 PM »
we see a glimps of the next episode and some one dies but who??? we see sun hit sawyer or should i saw lay the smack down on him maybe she found out that he and charlie attacked her?? and whats up with that spider but everything is being answered little by little

Hell man, why do you have to put a "Whos gonna die in the next ep" thread in a forum about the latest episode??!

Some of us dont watch the previews and dont wanna know.

In future dont title a thread with a spoiler please.

Episode 3x08 / Have the writers 'Lost' it?
« on: February 16, 2007, 04:45:39 PM »
This episode has really given me concern for the future of Lost. I fear the writers are losing control a bit of where they are going. I noticed Damon Lindelof was credited as a writer in this episode. It's getting harder to see how all the questions are going to be answered in a plausible, realistic, logical and satisfactory way. I'm really afraid we are all going to be so disappointed when Lost finishes.

Sledge expressed similar concerns in his summary of the Season 2 finale. There are so many issues that need to be answered but it is hard to see how they will be done in a way that satisfies the viewers. See this thread:,1744.0.html

If Desmond was in-fact supposed to have travelled in time then we may aswell stop watching the show now!! The only way Damon Lindelof and the writers can save their asses here is if the whole "time-travel" thing was in-fact just some sort of lucid dream Desmond while he was knocked out after turning the key and the whole thing was just a different approach to showing us a character flashback.

After 2 great seasons I would really hate to see this show just become a load of farcical nonsense. We can only hope.

PS. What happened Desmond's clothes after he turned the key! We still havnt found out.  :-\

Episode 3x05 / Re: Something Whispered before Eko gets it?
« on: November 09, 2006, 09:06:11 PM »

He is saying that smokie whispers correct?? Not what eko says before dying.

Im not sure if it was smokie that whispered, I just heard a whisper, a few words. Its just after Eko says the "Lord is my shepherd..." bit

Episode 3x05 / Something Whispered before Eko gets it?
« on: November 03, 2006, 04:39:25 PM »
Im just after watching the episode on my laptop with earphones and I'm fairly sure I heard a very faint whisper of some sort just before the monster strikes Eko.

Did anyone else hear it? Check it out.

Anyone have any fancy software that could extract the audio or isolate that particular bit.   ???

Remember Hurley was down in the hatch after Ana Lucia and Libby were killed, before they brought the bodies out to be buried. He was probably told then about the prisoner they had been keeping. And then when they were on the dock he probably just put two and two together and realised that Ben was the prisoner.

Episode 2x23 / Drawing the Map
« on: May 25, 2006, 09:47:06 PM »
I was dissapointed to find out how the Blast Door Map was drawn, not very believable at all. There's no way anyone could draw the map as well as it was drawn without being able to see it. Pretty stupid

Episode 2x23 / How many found Desmond?
« on: May 25, 2006, 09:44:39 PM »
In that blurry flashback sequence how many people found Desmond when he crashed? Seemed to be a few carrying him back. And why were they wearing the orange suits and masks if it appears they're not really necessary, Kelvin took his off when he left the hatch. he was just trying to scare Des from going out.
