And was exactly is "it"? I think "it" is the end of the Jacob-MIB saga and ultimately Jack's death. Just as there was life before they existed, there will be life after they ceased to exist.

Latin. I think they just did a "Hunt for Red October" thing. They were speaking Latin the whole time.

There was also some speculation that MIB was trying to "home" to the temple, but it seems like that is NOT his home.

My theory is that he was Jacob's proxy in the temple.. With Jacob dead and his proxy dead the ash probably lost it's potency..

Sayid is definitely evil. He many not have been when he left the temple but he was when he came back.

How does Miles know who Claire is? She was "LOST" when he showed up on the island.
Where was Sawyer? Last time we saw him, he was with NotLocke.

Miles was part of the group with Sawyer when Claire disappeared.

I just have a feeling that's what it might end up being.. Maybe MIB is tired of being alive for so long, but can only do so if Jacob loses. And the only way to completely win is to ensure that all the candidates die or choose to die with him.
