Episode 6x09 / If Jin and Son are not married...
« on: March 31, 2010, 12:59:26 AM »
The change in the flash-sideways does not seem to start from the moment Jacob touched them.

He touched them at their wedding and I assume they never had a wedding.

Episode 6x07 / Flash sideways bleeds into the island story
« on: March 17, 2010, 01:04:11 AM »
I believe the girl that sawyer "catches" in LA at the beginning of the episode is the same girl that he see's at the Plane when he goes to investigate the other island. (I have not seen any mention this, so I am not sure if this is so obivous it is not worth mentioning or if I am completly wrong about this).

If it is true I think it is cool that this is the first time we have seen the flash sideways bleed into the island story instead of the other way around.

Maybe when when Jocob went to visit and touch each of the losties...

at the end of last season he was doing it in the alternate time line?
And maybe this is part of his plan/loophole to win out over the man in black?

I assume the new time line with no plan crash starts in 1977 when the bomb goes off. So even tough Kate and Sawyer are young it could still be the alternate timeline.

I don't know, just a thought.

LOST Talk / Added hour to season 6
« on: June 29, 2009, 01:00:45 PM »
One hour added to season 6, so they are up to 18 hours. (I vote for about 6 more to get us the season to 24 hours)

Lost's Final Season Grows
ABC grants a little extra time to wrap up the mysteries.
by Eric Goldman

June 26, 2009 - If you love Lost and are lamenting the series coming to an end next year, then I've got good news for you we're going to get one extra hour for Season 6.

Previously, ABC and Lost showrunners Damon Lindelof and Carlton Cuse had said Season 6 would be comprised of 17 hours total, but now EW's Michael Ausiello reports, via Twitter, "ABC confirms that Lost's sixth and final season will total 18 hours, including two-hour premiere and two-hour finale." Season 6 was actually going to originally be made up of 16 hours, until the writers' strike shortened Season 4, so this is the second time another hour of the show has been added to the final year.

No exact date has been announced for Lost to return, but presumably it will be in January once again.

Episode 5x08 / How did Sawyer know...
« on: March 05, 2009, 12:19:29 AM »
When Sawyer talks to Richard and tell him about the Bomb and stuff from 1954, how does he know what Locke told Richard back in 1954? Wasn't he busy chasing Faraday and seeing Jughead when that conversation is going one?

Episode 5x07 / Confirmation - it was not all just chance
« on: February 26, 2009, 12:32:28 AM »
Per Abaddon, arrangements were made to at least got locke on flight 815. I wonder how many others?

Episode 5x06 / Episode Format
« on: February 19, 2009, 12:39:40 AM »
Not a major point, but did you notice this was the first episode that told only one story through the entire show. No flashback, no flashforward, no mix between Oceanic 6 and the island people.

One story start to finish - (Ok they showed the end at the  beginning but still one story)

Episode 5x01 / What about Claire
« on: January 22, 2009, 12:46:29 AM »
When Faraday asks "is all your party accounted for" and Sawyer says everyone but Locke -- Why does no one think of or mention what is up with Claire?

<Not a major point, but just struck me as strange>

Episode 4x10 / Kate, went to see Saywers Daughter?
« on: May 02, 2008, 12:12:56 AM »
Not sure I remember all the details  of Saywers Daughter,

But I am thinking Kate was talking to the mother (who if you remember she had already met in one of the flashbacks) and then went to visit the daughter---

Episode 4x06 / Juliet timeline
« on: March 07, 2008, 11:22:54 AM »
I am trying to figure out how some of the past Juliet events frem lat night fit in with what we already knew about her.I

Below I took a shot at her timeline,

I know I am missing stuff and probable have stuff wrong (I am especially confused on how the whole wants to go home, but her sister is cured of cancer fits in to what we saw last night).

Looking for additions and corrections to this.

-Juliet is recruited to go to the island to help with Fertility problems
-Starts seeing Therapist
-While working on Fertility issues, she meets Goodwin and starts having an affair
-They show Juliette nekkid from the back while in bed with Goodwin.
-The plan crashes, Ben sends Goodwin to check on the talies.
-Out of frustration with the way her Fertility work is going she tells Ben she is doing no good and wants to go home
-Ben shows her that her sister is cured of cancer so she will stay on the island
-Ben shows her dead Goodwin
-She helps Ben work with Jack to get her to do the operation on his back
-She shows Jack the tape that says Ben is not to be trusted
-Ben promises her she can go home if she helps Kate & Sawyer escape so Jack will finish the operation
-After Lock blows up the Sub and her and Jack can't go home she goes back to the beach with Jake
-Juliet goes to live on the beach
-Using implant in Claire tricks people on the beach - leaves tape message for Ben about Jin's pregnancy
-She tells the Jack that the others are coming for the pregnant people

Episode 4x06 / Chemical power plant?
« on: March 07, 2008, 12:35:48 AM »
After years of speculation on how they may be supplying power to the island (remember Ben saying something like, it was a rat running on a tread mill?  :D) we get an answer.

But does it make sense?

What kind of Chemical reaction could be providing the amount of power that would be required to power what we have seen on the island?

Episode 4x04 / Kate's plan to talk to Miles?
« on: February 23, 2008, 11:54:01 PM »
The plan was basically get Sawyer to trick Locke into running to see Miles. When he is out of the house looking for Miles bring Miles to see Ben.

This is a bad plan for so many reasons. Why make it so you are 100% sure when it is done Locke will know what you did. Why not trick Locke to go look for Smokey or Herley or the cabin (jacob) or a chicken or whatever. Also, why do you care so much what one person knows about you? If Miles doesn't know you are on the run it doesn't mean no one else knows.

So basically the plan is be sure you have Locke pissed off at you, but even if you are sure Miles tells you the truth, you very well may not get any useful info from it.

IMHO, Kate is smarter then this, that whole plan just did not make sense.

Episode 4x04 / Whats up with Daniel's memory?
« on: February 21, 2008, 11:56:45 PM »
He can do a complicated scientific experiment, but can't remember 3 cards? What is this supposed to mean or show us? There has to be a reason this scene was included.

Does it relate to him crying when he sees the footage of 815 crash?

Episode 3x09 / Boat
« on: February 22, 2007, 12:34:58 AM »
So the others had another Fancy boat like the one they gave Micheal (or was it even bigger?)

It did not seem so big that is had to be docked off shore. Wonder why they had to take the row boat to it?
