Sideways Jack to Sideways Locke - "I wish you believed me"  OH SNAP!  Echo of Locke's suicide note.

And Sayid - "Because its going to be you Jack!"

Jack X to Locke X: "I think you're a candidate."

Bernard X to Jack X: "Good luck, Doc.  I hope you find what you're looking for."  (Isn't that the same thing that Bernard said to Jack the last time they saw each other in 1977?)

Jack to MIB: "They're not my people".  (I like this because I think it means that the other candidates aren't his people, but the leftover Others will be (eventually) "his people".)

Sawyer to Kate: "I saw your name on the wall in the cave but it was crossed off.  He doesn't need you, Kate." ("He" literally is referring to Widmore, but figuratively, it refers to Jacob.)

------

As has been said already, I loved the overloading meaning they keep throwing on tag lines:

"Whatever happened, happened."
"I wish you believed me."

For the first time ever, I'm going to submit a line that happened in my head, but not in the show. When Jack was telling Jin they had to go, and Jin chose to stay behind, I was DYING for Jin to say

"Jack, we'd rather die together, than live alone"

There were SOOOOO many "echo'ed" lines in this episode -- ones we've heard before but now in a different context or from a different person.  More again of the "things-are-kind-of-the-same-in-alt-timeline-but-with-a-twist" deal...

Line from Locke, then repeated by Jack:
He wanted to get us all in the same place, at the same time--a nice, enclosed space where we had no hopes of getting out of.
