Anyone recognize the cover of this book on the night stand?
White spine, black cover with white text at top, some kind of unique image on the left side of cover.

Could it be an older printing of Kings "Carrie"?
I think I can make out C??RIE on the spine.

That's what I actually thought of too... it looked like "Carrie" upon first glance but I'm not exactly sure... it is one of Juliet's faves...

Is that it? It's an old cover for Carrie.

Thats what you get for actually working, taking care of your family or just basically having a life! ;)

great job Hatchelor... :)
I have to say ditto on what Amazon Monkey said cuz I was just about to go find the cover too... well done...
sledge can probably add that to the list now... just another fun Easter egg on Lost...

that is awesome! so rachel was reading "carrie" and that is also what juliet chose for the book club. maybe that's why ben was a bit perturbed with her, she was dwelling to much on her "past" life. it make the whole, "downtown" song and tears make more sense. at least to me. for some reason that song probably reminded her of her sister, she was getting ready to go over the book her sister read, was reminiscing, hence the tears, the distractedness (to burn the muffins). this is exactly why i loved this episode. Very interesting... another Carrie nod.

Yes, and this time it was on Juliet's sister's bedside table. Is this why it is Juliet's favorite book?
