Woo hoo! I'm in!  4 years....  my baby girl, Quincy, is now 5!  My big girl, Sam, is now a teenager (no one told me teens are harder than toddlers).  I quit to stay home with Q, then went back to work at the school 3 years ago when a job opened. 

My life is very much the same....

But I am sitting on a cruise right now waiting to head out to sea!  Woo hoo!

So jealous!! I'm a big fan of cruising!! Bon Voyage!**

Yeah, Cameron is 10 now... not looking forward to him becoming a preteen!!!

Oh yeah, he was getting eye-rollingly obnoxious. Good riddance!! Initially I thought, what if he was just allergic to something in the pie and wasnt poisoned? I dont even remember if he ate any of it though. But that question got settled.

I feel so bad for Sansa. That girl cannot catch a friggin break!

Well, the biggest news for me is that I decided to go back to work, and I'm currently training to be a dog groomer. Hopefully I'll be done with school and working for reals by the end of June!

I'm very excited for tomorrow night's episode. Having last week off sucked. Ever since I started watching the show (a whopping six weeks ago) I haven't had to wait more than a week between epis. But we should get to see how the trial-by-combat goes!

My favorite story line is the Hound and Arya.

Have you ever listened to any podcasts about the show? I listen to "Boars, Swords and Gore." The hosts are really funny!

Yes! I binge-watched all the previous seasons when it came back because I was tired of not getting references. Now I'm obsessed. GoT and Fargo are my current must-sees.

I agree that if Cindy and the kids had stayed in the Temple they would have been killed in a heartbeat.

But a small point: Zach and Emma's parents were not killed in the initial crash. They were traveling alone and were to be met in LA by their mom. So they have living family elsewhere. In my version of events up inside my brain, Hurley sends them home with Desmond.

ETA: Now I see they said on the popup "LA X" that the parents were killed. So is that revisionist history by the show writers or a mistake by the popup writers?

I remember when they were being pulled out of the water by Eko after the crash the girl was crying and asking where her mom was. I seem to remember that the mom was on board. I don't have the DVD's (I am waiting to buy them all at once in blu-ray) so I could be wrong.........

In any case if they did survive the morters, Hurley sent them home! They got a big pay out from Oceanic and are very happy and rich now!

I looked up the transcript from The Other 48 Days.
Zach screams for his sister in the water so Eko goes in after her. Ana Lucia gives her CPR and when she wakes up they have this conversation:

[Emma spits up water and regains consciousness.]
ANA LUCIA: Good, let it out. You okay?
EMMA: Where's my mom?
ANA LUCIA: I don't know.
EMMA: She's meeting us in Los Angeles.

And then from The Other Woman:

BEN: I wanna thank you for how wonderful you've been with Zack and Emma.
JULIET: They're really sweet kids. (Chuckles) Ben, they've been asking me about their mother in Los Angeles. I'm not really sure what to say.
BEN: They'll stop asking in time.

I know the statue supposedly solves this but it still doesn't sit well with me. Ethan was born on the island. The problem with the fertility wasn't that women couldn't get pregnant, it was that they would get to the 3rd trimester and the something in the mother's body would "attack" the fetus. I know they said women would go off island to have the babies but it wasn't the delivery that was the problem, as witnessed by Danielle, Claire, Claudia and Amy. It was internal, earlier in the pregnancy. I just feel like they had a nice little mystery going, then called an audible, made the statue a fertility god and changed it to "no babies, ever."
