Ok, so to those of you who have been watching, I noticed something didn't add up . .

So everyone's flash forwards supposedly all happen at the exact same time, right?  So  . .  what's his name was sitting on the couch half naked in his flash forward, and his son was there, getting a cookie from the cookie jar, and Penny's daughter comes down and tells him it's his house too.  If that is where Penny's daughter was during the flashforward, why is she having all kinds of nightmares and talking about D. Gibbons?  Did I miss something?

There are 24 hours in a day and we are only receiving snippets.  So the reality is that she could have heard or learned about D.Gibbons earlier in the day or later...they are not going to give us everything, but like many other shows I am sure the continuity is going to get a bit screwed up.

...but good point

I mean, I guess I was under the impression that she's like super traumatized over what she saw in her flash forward.  But if the kid saw her in his flashforward, that had to have been in hers too, right?  Oh well, it's most likely just like Lost . .  they only give you bits and pieces of info at a time.  Damn you, ABC.

OH yeah I understand what you are saying now, but did we see her "flash" I don't think we did.  Not sure if each person sees the same thing. Cause the wife saw the boys father, but the father did not see the woife

The wife saw the boy's father, but the only reason he didn't see her is he was facing the other way and the flash ended as he was about to turn around.  They both saw the same 'moments'.  I think what blueeyed is asking is, if the boy saw himself in the kitchen talking to the girl who seemed fine at the time, then what did the girl see that scared her and made her think "D. Gibbons is a bad man"?  The only thing I can think of is that at that time, six months later, she already knows D. Gibbons is bad and the flashforward isn't just a vision but a total 'knowing' of the future, including their thoughts.  Either that or later in that couple of minutes of the flash that we haven't seen yet, the boy tells her D. Gibbons is bad and she is just repeating it, but that doesn't explain what would have scared her.

we only saw a few seconds of the girl's flash forward.  d gibbins could have been involved somewhere else, maybe a phone call?  she saw a note?  anything.  i also think her "tramatization" could be from the feelings she experienced.  a "sense" of everything changing, nothing the same anymore.  that would frighten anyone.

The flashforward lasted over 2 minutes. So the little girl could of spoken to the boy and then had something bad with J. Givvons.

I loved seeing Domnic and Sonja this week in their scene together.   Very interesting week and you have to admit it tends to be a bit  more faced paced and answers coming at us quicker.

So I am getting an impression that the three star folks are some organization that has wider cells than they realize.  like to know who the mole is!

I think that I have given enough of my time to this show. I really tried to like it but I just don't. I am upset I don't like it, I had such high hopes for it. If it gets good someone let me know.  Wink

personally i think that people are caught up inteh LOST wave of hype... all be it as good of hype as it is... we now have a higher expectation for tv shows now... and all the ones that art remotely similar to lost in any way shape or form will be persecuted and shunned to being "not good". Flashforward is a perfect example... Penny, Charlie, The Oceanic board... all worked with lost... character names on the show ... jack, kate, aaron... and most of all... the biggest connection between the 2 shows... butchering of language accents... im not saying that im the only oen who sees FF as a good show and given the time its already been on its developing well... we just havent given it enough time... im saying watch it... see it for what it is at least give it one season... then throw your stones... who knows.. i might be there with you... im giving it one season.

lol... I came on here just chilling and reading posts and thinking about Flashforward is making me angry again.  Last week, I thought it was ludicrous that the FBI guy would purposely set out to murder someone because of their tattoo, thinking it would change the future and that he never considered that other people had that tattoo and that maybe it meant something and was for some military group or something.  Because it was the first thing that crossed my mind.  I thought the whole scenario of those three bumbling agents protecting that woman with no backup in a large building and using her as bait was unintentionally funny.  I turned it off after the last couple minutes because I was bothered by how he told Penny about killing this guy, and she wasn't disturbed by what he said at all and just hugged him and said she loved him.  I think I read somewhere that my prediction came true and they revealed someone else has the same tattoo at the very end.

The one good thing I've seen from this show was when the black guy killed himself.  That's the kind of stuff I want to see.  He didn't have to sacrifice his life to do it, but I liked that he took his destiny in his own hands and explored the possibility that the flashes aren't set in stone.  He proved it in way too extreme of a way, but it got the point across.

The Caruso conversation was funny.  It reminded me of Supernatural.  There was a episode where they parody TV shows like Grey's Anatomy and CSI Miami.  I thought Sam Winchester's (Jared Padalecki) Horatio impersonation was spot on.  That episode was the most a show has made me laugh in a while.

Suzanne's got the right idea... if it bugs you, stop watching it, and, just like the guy who killed himself, you can take your destiny into your own hands.

Last weeks (3 days ago) was the weakest episode so far. Did not care about the doctor and the Japenes girl at all. Very uniteresting. Read an ew article this week. Sounds like a lot of good stuff is coming up this season. Going to answer many questions.
