Dharma is a scientific organition that does medical research. Nadia works for a medical research company. Not a big leap.

Kelvin said he worked for dharma.

Ah, ok... Smaller leap than I thought... It's not quite as big a leap as assuming that Eko is part of Widmore... (which I don't assume, just throwing it out there)
