he was interviewed and said that this next season will not have any more time travel and flashbacks so that the story will be told in a linear fashion. The ending will put all the pieces of the puzzle together and will show the viewers that the producers/writers always knew where this story was going. Jack will be dealing with a much stronger enemy than Ben (I assume Un-Locke) and by the end Jack will find his redemption. The ending will be sad, beautiful and liberating......

Sad for I am sure death will come to some characters beautiful cause the right things will happen and libertating because they will find their own freedom.  They can click the ruby slippers and go home
