So this is more evidence suggesting that Horace is an undercover Other? Or why else would Jacob take over that cabin? Cause Horace says it's for him and the missus....

I wouldn't say that.  For now, I'm going to say Horace was building the cabin for that and Jacob moved in for whatever reason.  Horace was dead and why waste a perfectly good cabin?  I don't know how Locke finding Horace leads to Jacob though.  Sounds like Locke might end up in 1977 somehow.

Horace died on the island; and we all know theres something about bodies on the island. Could explain how he knows about Jacob and has seemingly been in touch with him.

That was my thoughts too. Locke saw the cabin in a completely different place than Hurley. And even Hurley was wrong about where it was when he, Locke, and Ben were looking for it. So... it moves? Or projects itself to other points on the island? Yet, the fact still remains that Horace had a map to the cabin in his pocket. And that map was right.

The way the cabin works is exactly how the time skippers' cabin works in A Wrinkle in Time.  Only the real believer, little Charles Wallace, can see it at first and where it is.  But after they have used it, it shifts around.  It's only for the believers.
