On this episode we can see 3 phases of Charles Wildmore, big hair, getting out of the island already older, and walking receiving a phone call from Ben. 3 different times. But Richard, when Ben is a child, and then Richard when Charles Wildmore leaves the island, have the same face. He just donīt get any older.

Right. We have already seen Richard as early as 1954... same face... hasn't aged.
