Wow, scooterse... I didn't notice that at first but you're right -- they do look a lot alike.  I'm off to check cast lists...

Edit:  OK, the character Eddie that Locke brought to the commune was played by Justin Chatwin, and IMDB only credits him with that one appearance on Lost.   The football-player kid in the photograph that the grieving father asks Miles to contact is apparently named Russell Gray, and I couldn't find an actor's name for him in any credits.  But it does sort of look like Eddie.  We're probably reaching, though...  Still, way to keep your eyes open!
