I agree with Mrs A. too and I'd join her in her bet about Ellie being Eloise, but they are tricksy little powers that be-ses, so you never know!
Maxor is right about the similarity between the actresses playing Eloise Hawking and Ellie the Other. Not only in looks, but in mannerisms, they both seemed to have that clipped way of speaking with hardly opening their mouths! Ms Hawking is very school marmish (think telling Jack off in the Lamp Post) and I think the Other Ellie was too. The young Ellie actress has done a fab job in matching Ms Hawking's mannerisms (i should look up the actresses names, but I'm too tired it's 11.30pm here in the UK, although it's bugging me now what the Ms Hawking actress is called - HAH it's Fionnula Flanagan, I knew it was a great name! Other Ellie is Alexandra Krosney. Oooh that's bizarre, her Filmography from Lostpedia: In 2005, Krosney guested on one episode of Grounded for Life. The title of the episode was
"Tom Sawyer".
Krosney played the role of a yoga yuppie named "Silver" on CSI, Season 9, episode 13, first aired February 12, 2009. In the episode, she was approached during an investigation when Langston and Nick were called to investigate a murder at a fast food restaurant and came across her while she was practicing yoga on a mat.
