In a throw back to the old Q&A days here at SWLS, I'm going to attempt to tackle a question of the week on the front page after each episode. Submit your questions here, and I'll choose one to feature in a front page article. If your question gets picked, bragging rights are yours... for a week.

Was the song playing in Jin's Dharma van possibly something by Geronimo Jackson?

Hrm, I should point out that the questions should probably be answerable without being spoilerish. So, the Locke suicide question would obviously be something I could answer only by utilizing spoilers. Sorry, I should have clarified that. That said, I could technically still pick that question and just discuss it without answering it... what it would mean if he was really dead, or if he was only "asleep", or if he was really dead but would be resurrected later.

I've got one for ya Sledge... Ihope it's not spoilerish...

If Jin now works for Dharma, we can assume that the time period is sometime in the 70's. Jin has a Dharma job which means it's very possible all of the other losties that were left behind have Dharma jobs as well. does this mean that they will all die in the purge? Just a thought I had last night after the episode...

did locke really grow stubble while dead in a coffin?   Cheesy

if it was so important for locke to have christian's shoes to recreate christian's body in the plane then why shouldn't locke have actually had a pair of JACK'S tennis shoes since christian didn't even have his own shoes?

What is the relationship between the Lamppost (finds the island), the Swan ("cloaks" the island?), and the Looking Glass (a beacon?)? Wouldn't any one of these stations be redundant if the other two are operative?

Thank you for the clarification!  Obviously, I haven't posted much yet and I suppose I'm a newbie to your site too.  I now see where you are heading with the question.  I thought it was just a question for discussion, didn't realize you would actually be answering it for us.  Cool!

If Jin is now working for Dharma, does that mean there is a past connection to the Island for all the survivors of 815? Have they all worked for the Initiative at some point???

I think that Jin is stuck in that time period and has no other choice but to blend in with the DI.  Just a thought.  I don't think he was actually DI in the past.

This may fit more into a discussion or opinion piece, but I'm curious to know what you think, Sledge, about the differences between the time jumping that killed Minkowski and the time jumping that killed Charlotte (if any).

So you think that the Lamp Post is useless for finding the Island while the swan station is operative?  Interesting!
