We never found out who told them about the flight, did we?
Its obviously not Ben or Jack that talked to Hurley.

I thought only Sun could get Hurley to go, and no clue about Sayid.

Isn't Sayid handcuffed? (Or was he holding hands with the female?) I thought it was the mirror opposite of Kate and the agent.

I don't know about Sayid being deported.  He was being escorted like a criminal

He was handcuffed but she was a person working for Ben.

They had to replicate the initial crash. SOMEONE had to be escorted by a US Marshall... It's also why Hurley had a guitar (Charlie) and why Ben was in the lavoratory (also Charlie)... I'm just wondering why no one was pregnant

Ben's Lawyer got Hurley out.  I'm thinking he sent Sun along to help convince him.

Maybe Ben ratted Sayid out for one of the assasinations Ben had him doing, and it was for a murder outside of the U.S. and he was being extradited.

by having a ton of empty seats.. doesn't that kind of go against 'replicating the original flight' ?hurley has to be a little punk, huH?

I totally am going with Charlie visiting Hurley to get him to go back to the island, which kind of explains the guitar. I think there must be another reason for the guitar, tho...

I also choose to believe that Kate is indeed pregnant. Fits very nicely.  Give up Aaron, get your own kid.  Oh, and receate the scene.

he knew the plane was going to crash and he thought he was saving lives
it was ok for the 6 to go back to the island, but he didn't see any reason why innocent people's live should be put in jeopardy

i understand his thought process... but if he can by seventy something seats.. it's not exactly replicating anything.
