Nice little echo of a line back in season 2, when Locke says to Jack when he wants him to push the button - "Its a leap of faith, Jack"
Leading Jack to think, "Hmmph. Locke was right." Then Locke goes and writes that basically Jack was right in his note to him. Are they trading positions? |

As awesome as these one-liners and zingers are, I think this was the worst written epsidoe yet. So many times I would just say out loud "Are you kidding me?" to somethign dumb the actors did or said.
I disagree about the writing, but the way they were acting in the airport would have gotten them arrested like 5 times. How shady is it to be standing in front of the desk talking about the flight, and saying something like, "You ready to do this??" In hushed voices?? Do lines we wish were there count?? Because when I saw Locke's note, I thought it should have ended with "Jack, I wish you would have believed me, because then I wouldn't have had to KILL MY SELF!! J.L." If that doesn't count, then Hurley thelling Caesar to buckle his seat belt, and putting on the blindfold. |

not a line but during the scene in the Lamp Post, I was pretty ipressed Des was able to walk around without crashing into the pendulum. I'm hoping there's an outtake of him doing that in the S5 DVD set.
I totally thought he was going to get hit HaHaHa!!!! Yes, me too!! I found myself tensing up, thinking that any second that thing was going to hit him & send him flying across the room, just absolutely knocking him silly. |
