So do we now conclude that Miles has been on the island before? More interesting to me is that Daniel just kind of admitted that he knew Charlotte had been on the island before.

In this episode we get the knowledge that since Charlotte and Miles started to get the nose bleeds first that they have been there longer than anyone else.
So maybe the baby we see in CandleWicks scene in the first episode is Miles and maybe Charlotte was born on the island as well. Maybe she is Ben and Annie's child.

When Miles asked Daniel about the nose bleeds, and he replied that he thinks it has something to do with accumulated time on the island (or something like that) I was thinking that perhaps the longer you've been on the island, the more likely you are to get the nosebleeds? Miles could be the baby...perhaps he left as a young child and doesn't remember being born there, but somehow being born on the island could account for his psychic abilities?

You get the nose bleeds if you have been exposed to large amounts of radiation or small amounts for an extended period of time. If it turns out that Charllote and Miles were born there then they got the radiation then. Desmond got it from turning the fail safe key, and at the end of the episode Julliette wipes her nose

I remember something last season about Daniel saying that Char had been there before...and she knew it. I can't remember what it was exactly that was said but she knows she has been to the island before. There is more to her than we know at this point.
Oh and Miles is totally that dude's baby...Sorry I am so bad with the names. The guy in the video.

Well I pretty sure Charlotte is Annie daughter, not sure about the whole Ben thing.And i pretty sure Miles was born to CandleWick also...Just makes perfect sense..
