Christian said that Aaron is where he is supposed to be.  We left Aaron in SAWYER'S arms in the last epi.

We also know that "Jack is not supposed to raise 'him'....."  Is this the same?

I think it is....Sawyer is supposed to raise Aaron......

No...for the time being the child needed to be where he was...I don't believe this is about if Jack or Saywer or Kate should be raisining him.

He knows that, Claire has to raise Aaron, he also knows that the only way to get Kate or Jack back to the island is for Kate to take the baby with her.

He is where he needs to be, because Claire is dead. She can not take care of a child when she is dead. She died in the missle attack.

I think she looked 'Island Enlightened", not drugged, more "in the know."

I'm sorry, I don't entirely buy Claire being dead either.  I mean, sure, I can see how you might think that, but her cheshire cat grin in the cabin... that was the most brilliant moment of the episode, if you ask me.  Not that I know what it means... was it the grin of someone who now knows an incredible secret?  Or the bemused happiness of someone who's been able to reconnect and reconcile with a dead father?  Is it the awe that still remains after a total perspective-shifting learning experience?  Or is it indeed the smile that we'd see on the faces of all dead people, if they came back and faced us living folk and remembered all the delusions we have here about life, death and the Universe?
