Anything is possible on this show, as you know. Everybody will have an opinion too. There are no experts, except maybe Juggy or Laklost. Those two are usually dead on with their info.
I think the dead are some form of the island/Jacob whatever and Smokey is a natural part of the island that has been harnessed for defense, but does it's own thang too. Purgatory would answer alot, but the powers in charge have constantly said it's not the case. Of course, never believe all they tell you either.
Oh and if nobody has already said it, welcome to SWLS!

Welcome, Kfunk01! What a great name! Since you mentioned your Catholicism, wouldn't you say that at least the return from the dead of Lazarus had a good effect? We're so overtaken with horror images that the thought that someone could pass through death and come out a hero is sort of lost on us. Think of Aslan in Narnia. His death was certainly the gateway to his conquering. I have a feeling that this is going to be a wild ride! And Asmo is wrong, I am only occassionally right. Jug is always right - that was correct.  |
