Incidentally, I don't think that Jack was pretending to still be under the anaesthetic. He was still under its effect, but at the point of coming back around to full consciousness.

If you've ever been under yourself (or seen someone else who has) you'll realise that patients aren't quite "with it" for some time afterwards.

Fine, I will spell it "Juliet" from now on if you capitalize the "J".

There are multiple spellings for the name Juliet. aka Juliette. check the etymology. My name (Elizabeth) has quite a number of alternative spellings.
