I agree.  Renner has a shot at best actor too.

It was decent but overrated.  It's interesting, but there are much better war movies and I'm sure there were better movies this year.  District 9 is the best movie from what I've seen.  The Hurt Locker is one of those movies where you say "This is pretty good, why's that got acting like that?  Who's that?  That guy was a dumbass... oh... it's over?  That's it?"

We really liked Hurt Locker.  I didn't like it as much as Black Hawk Down, but I thought the main guy was insane - in a superb way.  I died laughing when he went to bed with that enormous helmet on. That was hysterical.
