I missed it the first time but re-watched the episode, I dont think that has been discussed in other threads so here goes.  When Juliette sits down to appologize to Sun about throwing her under a dharma bus about her affair, she mentions that in 3 weeks she will experience constant nausea, a week after that you experience shortness of breath that wont go away, a week after that you will go into a coma and a week after that your heart will stop and so will the baby's.  So that is 5-6 weeks until actual rescue because in the flash forward she obviously has the baby and it is healthy.

Very true ... but in real life time that could be another few seasons, easily, of course.  Smiley

you so right about that, since the pilot took off with the helicopter my bet is that Sun is on the next chopper out and Jin has to stay behind.  Perhaps something happens to Clair and then Kate leaves with Aaron?

Right.  The timeline will take a long time narratively to happen.  But we have the endgame: three weeks.

I don't believe the last season will take place in the current background. Next season ends with the O6 out, and the last season starts in the first flash-forward, with Jack and Kate chat. It's my opinion since the last finale.

Smokey turned into Locke. That gave him the power of being always right. Hence he is the good one, winner of game and everything else for now on.
