So... if Jack is without a Juliet what ends up becoming of her? I was just thinking that Jack is filtering with Kate, and tells her that what he said in court was a lie (about him not loving her). Is there no Juliet post-island, or does she stay behind. Does Ben kill her in a "if I can't have you then no one can" way?
