Anyone think that she jumped because she was afraid of being hated as much as Paulo and Nikki??

She jumped because she thought she was The Holy Diver!
OK, I'll stop.

I think someone berated her for thinking outside the box in a quest for solutions to queries of a metaphysical nature concerning a certain individuals possible, though most likely not, involvement in instigating what seemed to be a series of, again possible, self-murders. This verbal berating, with snarkacious useage of emoticonical embellishment, was quite enough to put her in a state of such emotional upheaval that nary a thing could be found to ease her, she therefore wrapped her self in chains, somewhat of a kind of rusty winding sheet, and committed herself to the depths, for that is the fate of all those whom DARE question!!!!

JUST DONT!!!!

Now I must go...I leave you with this, "Every child knows that play is nobler than work."

oh yeah and this...

Why didn't the Lobster and the Shrimp give to charity?

Why didn't the Lobster and the Shrimp give to charity?

Because they are small animals that live in the ocean and have nothing to give.

Or

No one contacted them about the purple Heart pick up, and they forgot to leave their donation out front.

Or

They are two Shellfish.

Bob gets the fancy shmancy Blue Ribbon that says "First Plaec" (with Place misspelled) secured to his lapel with the stick pin!!!

They indeed were too Da*n "Shellfish"

Walkabout gets the special 'Thanks for your Contribution" ribbon, all spelled correctly, but printed on a horribly nauseating faded puce colour ribbon
which has a small tear on the bottom...of course, it is pinned to your 1985 Beasts of Bourbon tour shirt....

Congrats to all, now, lets try to get back to the topic at hand which is....

why did some pre-show hyped stuntwoman playing a Freighty crew member jump off the boat?

I really like that Staggerlee guys (or gals) theory, but of course I might be biased there..... ;D*

The captain did say his people were becoming crazy, probably another form of Des' problem.

I think it has something to do with the island. But seriously...

I don't think we will find out for sure why she jumped until there is a lot more about the island revealed. We can speculate all we want, but no single answer is going to satisfy any single person until they tell us, and even then, it probably won't be the answer people wanted.

they could blatantly put the answer across the screen, spell it out and some people would still question it

Thanks for the award, I think. I am truly honored. As you know The Island is causing Papa W's boat some problems. The captain, fearing the boat could run aground, he had the crew draw straws (ala Armageddon) and she drew the small one. All she was doing was checking the ocean's depth in that area but she forgot her air tank and tool for measuring. Thats my theory......

He did seem a bit unconcerned of her decision, El Capitan, kinda brushing it off...will try to stay glued to the screen this week for the pop up explanation...though will have a good giggle if they just do not say a thing about it....

They've done this a few times. You know, when Christian was dead... ;)
