I thought it was a MAN on the boat?  What good would a mole do?  Unless, of course, it the accursed and infamous Moleman!!!
Dude!
Mole = spy (n.), spy, infiltrator, secret agent.

I didn't notice much of an eye color difference either, but I keep reliving an Austin Power's moment - "Nice to mole you--meet you! Nice to meet your mole!"

I was thinking the same thing and brought it up in the chat versed.  Haha           Moley moley mole!!!!

classic tony classic

If you read my posts I rarely have anything insightful to add but a common butt of the joke.  I find the show to anger me often and by channeling it with humor it gets me threw to the following week.  It's casual.

Exposure to the sun can alter eye color, particularly in those with green/hazel eyes. The eyes may appear grayish after periods of sunlight deprivation and then get greener as they are exposed to more sunlight. Changes in either melanin or lipofuscin can alter eye color (due to age, sunlight, etc.).

Those of us watching TV's that by most standards are archaic...her eyes didn't even register as different. I don't think it means anything other than a genetic anomaly. Case closed.

I am glad someone else besides me got the point here...if you have ever seen Andrea Roth on Rescue Me, or checked out her latest photos in January 2008, you will see that she is quite beautiful, does not have weird eye color, and does not have funky moles on her face nor all that neck fat.  When I saw her in this episode, I immediately knew who she was, and that there was something very strange about how they did her makeup.  I am certain that they did not just randomly take a very attractive actress and make her ugly without planning on showing her as beautiful in another episode (otherwise it is a lot cheaper to just hire an uglier actress).  So, there is a lot more to this character than we know.  I think we will likely find out HOW she became haggard looking...
