It could be Frank but Minkowski said "you must have a friend on this boat".

Michael......?

Of course Michael. I can't take credit for that theory, but it's been long discussed on the forums that Michael is probably on the boat.

no doubt - I just think we're a step away from proof that he is

I don't think we'll find out until episode 4:8, when we meet this "Kevin Johnson" character.  My guess is that Michael IS Kevin Johnson... Does anyone know when epi. 8 is supposed to air?

I'm thinking someone went back in time and opened it, but I seem to turn to time travel as an answer for everything.

i don't think that micheal opened the door. it was either Frank or Ben's man on the boat, but i don't see ben's man helping them. it was probably frank.

It could have been Walt.  He's not in the show credits which leads me to believe we're not gonna see him any time soon.  Knowing LOST they'll probably never answer the question anyways.  Once we see Michael they can just leave it alone.  I believe 4-8 will be a Michael episode too, he's make a good Kevin Johnson... can't wait to see how they explain the lack of Walt.

I don't dispute that Michael might be on the boat, but having him be Ben's inside man and to have free reign over the boat to sabotage things and get Ben information just seems idiotic to me.

Michael will do anything for his kid....I don't think it is unreasonable for Michael to work with Ben.  Look at Sayid....he made a LARGE change.
