Island location
« on: February 29, 2008, 12:53:32 AM »
They said their last port of call was Fiji, The calendar in the comm room had Oct 20-23 not X'd out indicating they were not at sea but in Fiji. Since they left Fiji 62 days ago minus time Naomi landed, Multiplied by an average speed a boat like that moves could give us an estimate on where the island is...In a giantcircle anyways.

Also dose anyone know the date of the hatch explosion? Maybe outsiders saw the island and gave boat coodinants.

Oct 20-23 was "X-ed" out, but with yellow X's, the rest were X-ed out with red or blue, possibly implying something happend during that time, or that was the only time they were not at sea...etc.

Or the writers are trying to cause a worldwide brain anneurism based on the viewers analyzing everything. Did anyone else see that Dez "looped, swooped and pulled" his shoe laces? What could this mean? ???

This is why I need to get that Hi-Def TV.  Apparently when we saw Jacob's List, we only saw the top part.  It actually said:

Kate
Sawyer
Hurley
Milk
Eggs
Red and Blue Markers

The writers obviously wanted us to see the calendar, much like all the other props that seem to be in focus just long enough for a screen grab.

That tells me he is an animal hater and can not be trusted, because I use the "bunny ear" method to tie my shoes!

Locke said Jacob added your HD TV to the list but Ben denies this fact. Maybe your TV had to be scratched off because Miles needs 3.2 not 3.3 million.

Our friend apparently adheres to the vile vortices line of thinking. Those coordinates (10.81S, 148.8W) correspond to the Society Islands (nice name!) just off of the Loyalty Islands vortex located at 26.57S, 175.2E. I'm not sure how they chose this point on the grid system for the location of The Island, though.
