Is Aaron one of the Oceanic 6?

I don't think he's one of the 6.  I think he's an extra like Ben, but I guess you could spin it either way.  I personally don't think he's one of the 6.

You are all saying that if someone else was rescued the public wouldn't care if they were on 815 or not, well.... the point is, they are coming by freighter (at least that's what we know so far) so, if they didn't want to be KNOWN they would just ask to be droped somewhere else lol Like Desmond could ask to be left with Penny to avoid all the rush and media!

i think Kate claims she had Aaron on the island- that's the only way she could have kept him.  She tells them she was 4-5 months prego when she took the flight and than had the baby at 8 months and lied about how old he was when they were rescued (they've been on the island over 3 months).  You know she's claiming he's her child because her mother asked to see her grandson- why would she want to see a kid that's not even her biological grandson?

i'm torn on whether Aaron's one of the six- but lean towards him not being and that he was asked to be kept out of the media.

i was joking but the idea is the same, they don't have to come to public! They are on a freighter with ppl that did NOT go there to rescue them! (if we believe the freighter ppl will be the ones to take them home....) I dunno if you get what i'm trying to say, but i mean that they can choose NOT to go public! It's not like they are suposed to be saved by the red cross or something! Just because they are aboard the freighter doesn't mean they're on tv!

The freighter people are not the sort to "let" them do anything they want.  Whatever decisions the O6 make, won't be decisions either they take lightly or ones that they will have come to on their own!  It's been very clear from what they've shown us that someone else very big and very powerful is controlling the situation.  The O6 are just major pawns in the game.

I agree!! and i'm not saying more then 6 get rescued and only 6 are the known O6! i'm saying only 6 of the Losties, the original 815ers get off!
desmond for instance, would not be a O6! He has no reason to be known to public, he has no wish for publicity either.... Why would the BIG BOSS want Des to be a O6er? No reason what so ever! If some get off the island then the public will be aware of course! But no one more than necessary will be shown to the world!

If you're not on the manifest then you can't be part of the plane. Aaron and Ben are NOT one of the O6ers. If Frank knows of the manifest then the rest of the world could and probably does. Niether Ben nor Aaron could be considered an O6er if they weren't on the manifest.

I am positive that I heard a promo that said something similar to "one more will be revealed" (actually, I remember it as having the words "Oceanic Six" in it...)

nope, not at all, before last weeks episode they said "more will be revealed in the coming weeks"

but they have NEVER said "one more" or anything regarding ONE person

In this episode there was a line where Claire ask Kate to watch Aaron.  Kate says something like "Im not good with kids".  They keep talking and Claire says you should try it sometime.  I think what will happen is.  Kate will watch Aaron one time and Claire will go off on a lil adventure or something.  While she is gone Kate will have her one and only chance to leave the island and she will leave with Aaron.
