I gave it a 6. The best lines were said by Hurley. I didn't like Locke putting a grenade in Mile's mouth. I think Kate got off too easy.
I liked Jack for once otherwise I'd have rated it lower.

You can not critize an episode because you got "spoiled'
I gave it a 10. No doubt about that. We got answers, real actual answers. Plus it proved me right again!!
We know more about miles. We know how Kate got off. (Exactly as I predicted, celebrity and hotness equals prarole). We know Kate has aaron. We know more of the coverup. Plus Kate was smoking hot!!
Do not ever complain that we do not get answers if you rip this episode. I loved every second. I said at least 9 times, this is awesome. Great Great episode.

Gave it a 7. Aaron plot twist not as 'WOW' as last week's teary Sayid + Ben scene. Didn't appreciate the total dodge during the trial.
1) No way the defendant would get to visit with the key wintess ex parte
2) No way the DA wouldn't have plenty of other evidence against Kate from all her other crimes
3) No way a DA would cut a deal with such an emphasis/only emphasis on not leaving the state
I appreciate the Eggtown/Depression era 'eggtown' reference/bad deals made by the characters connection. And I feel Locke's pain upon assuming the mantle of leadership. Let's hope this latest move of his breaks the stalemate.

Worst episode ever！！  Kate is a bitch, Jack is a liar, locke is a dictator, WHAT A EPISODE!! Elizabeth Sarnoff , the writer of this ep. last season, she just worked on "Stranger in a Strange Land" which ep is the worst one in Season3. I just guess she is the weakest link in lost crew. so get her fired!! |

I did not like this episode at all. Extremely boring even tho we got a few answers and some insight. Worst of the season so far. I am really disappointed.
Some interesting things were Jack's story about the rescue he has told over and over. Kate has Aaron and Jack isn't ok with it. The helicopter didn't go to the freighter (set up for next week).
