is anyone else wondering where the rest of the OTHERS are? why aren't they looking for Ben? for ex. the stewerdess from 815 that the others stole? where are they?

I would love to see a close up of the picture hanging on the wall behind Kate as she walks in Aaron's room
It looks like Russian or some language..I wonder if it means anything at all
