Question from Jeffrey

There are several animals shown in the show a dog, a fish, a polar bear, a wild boar and a piglet, Isn't it strange there are no other animals birds, monkeys, lizards, snakes or anything else. Is this just a snaffu with the show?

We do hear other animals in the jungle, possibly monkeys or some kind of bird. Perhaps they do not show more animals because they are filming in Hawaii, and do not want to show species that live in Hawaii - which is not exactly where the island is located. Therefore, if they want to show a monkey in the background, they would have to bring in a monkey, put him in a tree, and shoot the scene several times. That's a lot of work for something you don't really need in the scene. Typically, the way TV and Movies are made, you don't include a prop unless it is called for in the script. So, we may not see a monkey or other animal until it is required by a script (such as the boar, or piglet).
