Mrs. Gardner's House= Eko
« on: February 07, 2008, 10:34:01 PM »
Looked like some important pics on the wall, eh?  Eko?  Are Yemi and Eko her gandsons?  or different relatives?

It looked like a young Eko to me. But wasn't the house in the US. Eko died on the island. I am so confused on this episode.!

yeah, Eko and Yemi both died on the island.  And the timing wasn't right either.  Eko would have been a grown man.  That part confused me as well.

It looked like him.  Guess we'll have to wait for Ben to get me the screen caps to post.  :(

i initially thought the image was eko on the wall, but the second time around it could just be a young african american boy...

...maybe eko is a cousin of this boy who maybe killed himself when he found out that his cousin died in the plane crash? or something like that (if it is infact a pic of eko)

Why couldn't it be relations of Michael & Walt? A brother of Michael?

The area reminded me of the funeral.  Where exactly did the funeral take place?  Or did they just reuse the same generic LA location shoot?

A new pic is up on the front page of this photo in comparison with Eko as a boy.  Looks like a dead match to me.  So the new question is, why in the hell does she have a picture of Eko as a boy in her house?

If you look at the screen cap of grandma's junkboard/reminder-board, or what have you, you see a pamphlet for photo restoration.  No big deal, right?  We seem to think that those pictures are of Eko, but thats not possible, he grew up in Africa.  If you take another look at the photo restoration ad, on the bottom left, they show 2 pictures, one of a person and one of a background, then a third picture of the 2 combined.  Basically "photoshopping" the person into the background picture.

Is this a clue to the improbable pictures of Eko growing up with this lady?

why couldn't she be eko & yemi's grandmother (or even mother), who lives in the US?  maybe she just has pictures of them?  the grandson who lived with her could be a completely different grandson (a cousin/nephew of eko & yemi).

My memory is failing me, were yemmy and eko orphans?

Even if they weren't. Eko turned to drug trading and thugging, I am not sure he would take the time to send his grandmother a picture.  And if it was eko's grandmother, why wouldn't she try to bring them to the U.S.
