I was just doing some research on the JW's (had a visit this morning lol) and came across mention of the word Abaddon.
"In Biblical poetry (Job 26:6; Proverbs 15:11), it comes to mean "place of destruction", or the realm of the dead, and is associated with Sheol. Abaddon is also one of the compartments of Gehenna.[1] By extension, it can mean an underworld abode of lost souls, or hell."
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/AbaddonI hadn't read this anywhere before and wanted to throw it out there, just wondering what your thoughts are...
btw - I KNOW he wasn't in this past episode, but I'm not to sure where to post this so I'll stick it in here for now! lol
Yeah, also in that article it mentions that Abaddon is sometimes Satan or some lesser demon which would be pretty ominous for the new character. It certainly seems the names weren't just pulled out of the hat, Faraday the physicist, C.S. Lewis, and of course Sawyer and John Locke are found in literature as well.
So yeah, something tells me Abaddon isn't a kindergarten teacher.
