Is anyone else having problems with the site today? I seem to be having quite a few.
1. the site is timing out a lot, but not other websites.
2. when i post it times out, EVERY TIME.
3. it is running slow for me today

1) I have gotten numerous script errors. I mean 10 at a time. 2) My posts take up to 3 times to posts. And of course, since they are all so brilliant I keep pushing the post button.  |

I am having problems, but I think this is because Sledge is changing the backend.

This is not a consistent problem, but I am having issues posting pictures in the thread, it is slow loading to the point I get error messages. Or the first one post's record time and subsequent ones take so long that they a. eventually post b. don't post c. I have to go to task manager and close out because nothing is responding.
Now I don't have that issue with PM's go figure.

Ha....I just read the title and I thought it was going to be about other kinds of problems.  This has happened a few times, but maybe somebody knows why: If I come on and click "unread posts" or "replies to my posts" it says there are none. But then I go to play in the forums and there are a ton of unread posts, and replies to my posts. ?? Why would it lie to me like that? lol! |

My guess is that the server might be overloaded, but I have no real idea. Sledge (or one of the mods) has once suggested moving the CL to another server. This would free up a ton of space. I guess it's easier said than done, though.

I still like the idea of dropping half of the CL (locked/ obsolete threads, etc.), but I understand that some are concerned about that pesky post count issue. lol
