Picture on Monks Desk

Did anyone get a good look at the picture sitting on the monks desk?  I thought that the picture is of the monk and the lady in the clock shop that tells Des not to buy the ring?  Did anyone else catch that?  I was hoping to request a still shot of that photo, but can't now.

Thanks so much!  I just realized I had it on the wrong episode!  Supposed to be on Catch-22.  I had hoped to find a close up and I appreciate finding it so quickly for me.....
