It almost looks like Dennis Hopper to me, with long hair. But despite who the actor is, I don't think Jacob has anything to do with Christian.  You have to imagine him with long hair. |

Agreed Juggy. Jacob apparently has been around since BEFORE our losties crashed on the island. Thus it is most likely not Christian since he was getting souced in Australia. Nor is it Horace since he died on a park-bench during the purge and Ben closed his eyes when he saw him.
Alvar Hanso? Maybe. Although it doesn't jive with the timeline for the lost experience.
I'll wait and see.
