He would not be the cure to infertility, there are no infertility problems on the island. He would have to be the cure for maintaining a pregnancy.

You have an original idea, I just can not support it at this time. Do not think he is that important.

I think Ben got healed faster because he got back to living off the island.

I think that's going to be the key to Sun having a successful pregnancy.  Not only has she been living on the beach the whole time, she has been keeping that garden.  The success of her garden is a great parallel for the success of her pregnancy, don't you think?

Obviously, there is a problem with the women carrying the children to full-term, and then both mother and child dying correct? What if they are trying to produce the anti-christ and the women can't carry the children full-term because of complications? Juliet brought to help through the process, Locke seen as having "healing powers"... Juliet is currently reporting to Benry about which of the Losties is preggers... any takers? :)

Erm... Sorry Missy. I can't agree with that :D Especially since it conflicts with my crazy theory that the Others are really the good guys ;)

Of course, if Locke dies, then that kinda throws a monkey wrench into my theory. But I don't think he's going to die. I hope he doesn't anyways!
