she said "we should tell her" after jack and kate were arguing about taking Juliet or not...and I'm pretty that they were going to tell her that Juliet is pregnant with jack's baby if you go back and watch the episode it kind of makes sense to me... what do you guys think?

I don't think so. That has nothing to do with Naomi or the phone and would be an odd time to bring it up. In fact, it would be creepy. And they can't know she's pregnant until she takes a pregnancy test, so Kate will know before anyone. Until then, Juliet is waiting to find out whether she is or not.

I do not believe it is any of the choices. I think it has to do with a plan to get off the island. Some way of communicating that Juliet knows of.

It better not be one of these choices. I'm hoping for a mouthdropping revelation here.
Plus, Juliet made Jack look like the bad guy by posing the question in front of Kate and knowing he would say no. It just reinforces to Kate that Jack is not trustworthy and she is an idiot for telling him AND that Juliet is still in control of him.

I don't think Jack trusts Juliet more than Kate. Kate has never done anything twisted or two faced, in fact, they've been pretty close. I think Juliet is on another level with Jack though, a scheme they are plotting, or Jack wants to be close to her because of her knowledge of the others and the island.
