I have a gut feeling that this is not going to be Jins baby for some reason. It kind of seemed that in season 1 that they made us think that Sun and Michael had a thing for each other.
Does anyone know what was happening on day 37. Could this be the day where Michael walked up to her and she was changing and maybe something happen that day.
Anyone know what happend day 37?

I highly doubt it. I think it's Jin's baby. In fact, Sun was absolutely sure it was his baby. She was happy that the date of conception was during the island because that meant that it was absolutely Jin's baby rather than than Jae's. I think SHE'D remember having sex with Michael.

Day 37 happened between episodes 18 and 19 of season 1. We never actually saw what happened on that day.

Her reaction was also a reaction of joy. When she was crying, she was crying because she was happy Jin was the father and not because she knew she was probably going to die. It probably lifted a huge weight of guilt off her. It was the exact opposite of when she first took the pregnancy test and found out she was pregnant. You could see it in her expression and in her eyes that something was wrong, and that was because she thought Jae was the father. And in today's episode, she was happy and relieved because she'd rather die carrying Jin's child than live with the shame of cheating on him and carrying another man's baby.

I think there is something to this. Look at Sledge's timeline around that time:
Day 33 OI: Jin leaves Sun after feeling betrayed [1x17]
Day Day 43 OI (next mention): Michael is poisoned when Sun attempts to poison Jin using Kate's idea [1x22]
There is a big gap in their storyline, but it sure doesn't seem like they would be making babies.

It was Day 49 when Jin and Sun "made up". That was episode 9 from Season 2 (What Kate Did). 49 + 53 = 102.
