why would DHARMA send military...when they've pretty much abandoned the stations...
and the fact that no message would be able to get sent out.

well at the time of the thread, we didnt know about the jamming...not sure on the abandoned stations though...Dharma may think they are still occupied....hence why patchy was running to the flare when Naomi arrived, thinking she was dharma....

I don't know what was up with Patchy at this point. If he were headed toward the Others he would have stayed inside the fence and gone to the village. If he's headed away from the Others, you'd think he'd be careful of running up to any flares.

I suspect the Others don't know where all the hatches are. If they'd known the location of the Swan, for instance, they coulda just gone and gotten Ben out themselves.

I doubt Dharma thinks the hatches are occupied, at least not by Dharma folks. It's been 20 years or so, yes?

Yah, excellent point. Dharma must figure there's a decent chance that some of their folks are alive somewhere.

Right.  My guess is that Patchy was still maintaining the Dharma "front."  I'm interrested to see if there will be any more food drops now that the Flame is gone.

I like the idea that Patchy was keeping Dharma engaged. Very smart!

If it's what's left of Dharma on the boat, then they'll probably determine the fate of future food drops....
