AND...why didn't Juliet mention that ROUSSEAU was a successful pregnancy/delivery while on the island?!

I doubt very much that Juliette knows anything about Rousseau or Alex in terms of them being related - she's only been there three years and is probably being fooled like everybody else that Alex is Ben's daughter...

That's true.  She's about 13 years to late to know how Alex really got there.

Maybe a few of the others know about Alex, but only those who were around at the time of her being taken from Rousseau IMO. Ben likes to keep a mask on and pretend and he is doing exactly that and keeping the farse alive! I got the impression that many of the others were brought to the island in a similar way to Juliette at various points in time but most of them AFTER Alex was taken. They have all been lied to and the Alex thing is just another lie to add to the mix...
