Did anyone notice that Julliet says she knows how his dad died.
I am one that strongly believes that Christian is alive but this made me think about it for a little while.
Maybe this was a sign from the writers saying that hes dead.

Juliet may be "in the know" with many things, but she may very well be left in the dark as to the true answer with regards to Christian's mortality. Although she holds a high rank, it may not be as high as we have been led to believe.
Or perhaps she was straight up lying to Kate. She had no problem doing it earlier in the episode.
Or what JMart or Puff said.

Very much expecting this. But don't worry Christian lives theory is still alive.
Two explanations for Juliet's statement.
1) She is a liar. She lies all the time. She lied about the key to the handcuffs. Lied about the monster, lied about being out there. How did she know the fence was off?
2) She, and the others, truely believe Christian is dead. See Christian faked his death. They got the forged autopsy report so they believe he is dead. The others were fooled also.

IF Christian really is alive, we won't learn it until a season ending cliff hanger...
Not during a throw away scene like Juliette and Kate bickering.

i'm with you on this. i just recently said i thought christian might be alive, but after she said that, i don't know. Very much expecting this. But don't worry Christian lives theory is still alive.

i think juliet is a liar, to an extent. i believe that she was really left behind by the others. they feel betrayed by her. i believe she really does want to be accepted by the losties. about her lies, i think she lies with the best of intentions. if that's possible. anyway... that's getting off topic.
jug, i like the idea that the other's believe christian is dead, BUT, then he can't be HIM, because they would think HIM is dead. but that's another topic......
i find juliet's statement about knowing how christian died the best comment of the night. the most intriguing thing we learned. |
