I remember reading somewhere (i think it was based on the official podcast) that the expose episode hides an answer to a secret having to do with the island mythology.
it's very possible that it was in this forum, but anyway...

i've rewatched this episode, in hopes of connecting something with the island mythology but failed.

does anyone have any idea what they could be referring to?

Maybe not mythology but some people have speculated that when she says "So your the cobra all along." or something like that. 

Is telling us that HIM/JACOB is someone that we have already seen.
