maybe they didn't show walt b/c they are going to have to recast him and didn't want a discrepancies so close... that is recast if they can't explain the height diff.

I think there was a part with Walt and Vincent, but I could be wrong.

I think they left Michael out because Michael abandoned the show during this season... I don't think Michael wanted his image used.
