Is what true? That is a pretty general question you are posing.
The episode redeemed itself with a twist ending, but not really any new info. Those two looked out of place in all the flashbacks to major events, and it seemed like a half assed attempt to show that they were there.

That's why you should watch the episode and THEN go to the forums. Otherwise, you're just asking to be spoiled. It's no more spoilerish than any of the other threads. It's only a spoiler before the episode has been shown.
