The Television Before Locke's TV Dinner

Listen to the audio of Locke eating his TV dinner....HEARD ON THE TV:

"Here's what we know Krystal.  The Bolivian gold deposits were stolen last night around 2 am.  On a ..... that means.... the Cobra .... He's back....(scream/music) ....shots..... ah... It's him....I've been shot .... I can't find him ....here         (behind win victory?) ....He's ours...I gan get him.... DOOR OPENS

Wierd stuff, can anyone sort this out?

It is the audio coming from the TV in front of Locke at 8 minutes into the episode when Locke is eating his dinner in front of the TV.   Listen to it and you will understand the post.  Also, look at the symbols on Locke's TV tray while he is watching the television.

sorry, i recorded it and don't know how to get it on the computer..... but that is a transcript of what I could discern from the audio. 

The Cobra.... can't be coincidental after all of the other names attached to the stations.

i was wondering what was on the tv as well... I haven't had the chance to rewatch the episode yet... but from what you have written nothing is coming to mind

I think that someone says 'behind winged victory,' a representation of Nike currently housed in the Louvre.  So... maybe what he is watching is based in France...?....eh?
