Why do you think Locke hasn't told anyone that he use to be in a wheel chair. I think if I woke up from a crash and suddenly could walk I might tell someone - like Jack the spinal surgeon.

I agree! I would be running around asking people what they think. Hey we crashed and I can walk, what is going on!!

I would, too.  But Locke didn't.  It is peculiar that he doesn't want people to know.  Maybe he views it as a weakness that he can hide from other people.

Part of the secret identity he has always wanted to get through his miserable little life.  Now he has it, although Ben ate his lunch again last week on several counts.
